Cancellation Policy
UltraDerm reserves special time for you, and we require at least 24 hours advanced notice when canceling, changing or rescheduling appointments. Any cancellations or changes without adequate notice will be charged at 50% of the value of the treatment. Missed appointments will be billed at full value.
