Botox Cosmetic injections at UltraDerm MedSpa are performed by our R.N.'s. All procedures at UltraDerm are done under the direct supervision of Steven L. Garner, M.D. a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Dr. Garner is the owner of UltraDerm and both practices share the same facility. Dr. Garner is on-site during regular business hours and available 24 hours a day for questions and concerns.
Our Botox Cosmetic injections are priced per unit, as follows:
1 to 50 units $12/unit
51+ units $10/unit
Our office also offers both a Botox VIP card and a Botox Benefits card to thank our patients for their loyalty. For a minimum (and typical) 20-unit injection, the pricing is as follows:

20 units x $12 = $240
Botox VIP #1 = -$20
Visit #1 = $220.00 divided by 20 units = $11/unit
Botox Benefits Card given on first visit- register online within 14 days for additional discount.
VISIT #2
20 units x $12.00 = $240
Botox VIP #2 = -$50
Botox Benefits = -$25
Visit #2 = $165.00 divided by 20 units = $8.25/unit
VISIT #3
20 units x $12.00 = $240
Botox VIP #3 = -$75
Botox Benefits = -$25
Visit #3 = $140 divided by 20 units = $7/unit
